Pizzeria plans to hire 100 employees, kicks off search with hiring events

ST. CHARLES, Ill. (Sept. 9, 2026) — Lou Malnati's Pizzeria announced it will open its 71st location in St. Charles this fall. The restaurant, located at 3050 E. Main St. is now hiring in advance of its grand opening and invites candidates to join its "Team Deep Dish."

Lou Malnati's St. Charles is hiring 100 employees and is currently accepting applications for all positions and experience levels, including bartenders, servers, cooks and phone staff.

The restaurant will host walk-in interviews in a banquet room at Courtyard by Marriott St. Charles, 700 Courtyard Drive, where a hiring team will be available Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., from Sept. 14 through Oct. 2. Since the St. Charles restaurant is still under construction, interviews will be held off-site at the hotel; signage will direct candidates to the room. Applicants will have the opportunity to learn more about open positions and interview on-site with hiring managers. Candidates are asked to bring proof of authorization to work in the United States and a resume, if applicable. Interviews are also available outside of standard hours by request.

Lou Malnati's opened its first restaurant in Lincolnwood in 1971 and has since grown to more than 60 Chicagoland locations. The 6,200-square-foot St. Charles location will be a full-service restaurant and bar with a private dining room, offering dine-in, carryout, delivery and catering. The menu is highlighted by Lou Malnati's legendary Chicago-style deep dish pizza, along with thin crust and gluten-free crust options, signature appetizers, salads, pastas and desserts.
