Service area: Kane County. Typically within 15 mile radius but willing to travel farther. Ideal referrals/clients: New homeowners, first-time home buyers. Wants stronger connections with remodelers, realtors, property managers, and builders. Has a few remodeler partnerships already. Job size: Most common projects $4?5k. Accepts most jobs, minimum $1.5k. Challenges: Growing team and finding strong crews. Also keeping leads pipeline consistent. Marketing/lead gen: Uses Facebook/Instagram, yard signs, door hangers, SEO focus. Uses Vistaprint for printed materials. Shared member referrals for local print/marketing options. Chamber recommendations: Use member portal job posting feature to help recruit crews. Encourage Community Calendar posting (Home Show 1/25).
