Denver Capital, LLC owns and operates commercial properties across the western Chicago suburbs, including St. Charles, Naperville, Aurora, North Aurora, Oswego and Plano. We manage our buildings in-house, so tenants deal directly with ownership on leasing, maintenance and lease terms, not a third-party management company.
We work with small businesses, professional offices, retailers and service companies looking for space, and with brokers representing them. We’re also active in local development and always interested in hearing from property owners, contractors and businesses in the Fox Valley.
