Start your morning with us at the St. Charles Country Club for our annual Membership Breakfast & Meeting on Thursday, October 29!

This annual gathering is all about celebrating our Chamber community and the members who make it strong. We’ll look back at highlights from the past year, share what’s ahead for 2027, spotlight Chamber resources and opportunities, and recognize this year’s Rookie of the Year, Member of the Year, and Chairman’s Award recipients.

With breakfast, a little trivia, time to connect, and plenty to celebrate, this morning is designed to bring our membership together, recognize the people who make an impact, and help members feel even more connected to the Chamber community.

Centerpiece Sponsorships Available | $100

Looking for a creative way to put your business in front of fellow Chamber members? A Centerpiece Sponsorship gives your business a visible and memorable presence throughout the Annual Membership Breakfast.

Each sponsor will create a centerpiece for one of the guest tables that helps tell something about your business. Highlight your products, your mission, your personality, your industry, or simply what makes your brand memorable. The goal is not just to display your logo. It is to create something that catches attention, sparks conversation, and gives members another reason to remember your business after the breakfast is over.

Sponsors may also choose to provide a small branded item, promotional piece, or goodie bag for each guest seated at their table, up to 10 people.

Your $100 Centerpiece Sponsorship includes:

• Recognition as a Centerpiece Sponsor on the event page
• Recognition during the Annual Membership Breakfast
• Featured recognition on Chamber social media
• A branded centerpiece displayed throughout the event
• The opportunity to tell your business story in a creative and memorable way
• The option to provide a branded giveaway or goodie bag for up to 10 guests

Centerpieces should remain compact and guest-friendly so everyone can comfortably enjoy breakfast and view the program. Sponsors will be responsible for setting up their centerpiece on the evening of Wednesday, October 28. Complete decorating and setup guidelines will be provided to participating sponsors.

Come celebrate where we’ve been, get a look at where we’re headed, and spend the morning with the people who make our Chamber what it is.

*Per St. Charles Country Club rules, proper attire is required both inside and outside the facility. Blue jeans and denim are strictly prohibited.
